    LOL thats a good idea, Shamwow! I did something similar to a full time waiter once. mum didn't see the funny side of it though!

    I want to play drinking card games >.< it just sucks that none of my frds ever plays card games.

    Work was better today - started it with a nice ice coffee with a shot of baileys. I was a happy bunny! :DAnd then this lady brought in a big bday cake for us to cut up for her table. I took a bit of that and god it was gorgeous (you can't bring a cake to a restaurant, and expect that they won't steal a slice when cutting it!:p). Ended the night with a apple sour and soda water (I wanted lemonade but we were running low and soda water was the next fizzy option >.<), I would of had it straight but not only was I working, had a headache but also I don't handle alcohol well :(

    I'm learning how to code in Java in school. Seems easy. At least the writing part is.

    NotePad text
    class OMFGWTFBBQ
    {
    public static void main ( String[] args )
    {
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    System.out.println("OMGWTFBBQ");
    }
    }

    Console text
    javac OMFGWTFBBQ
    java OMGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ
    >OMFGWTFBBQ

    It's great. I can't wait until we get further in.

    Isn't java a little hard? OR maybe it is easy now cause that is basic.Then it will get hard later.

    That's easy stuff in Java, it just prints those lines to the console. Even I know that and I don't code Java.

    This is the sort of stuff I code in PHP:

    PHP:
    function FriendIDToSteamID($friendid,$urlbit){
        try{

    $profile = new SimpleXMLElement($urlbit.$_REQUEST["profile"]."?xml=1"nulltrue);
        }catch(
    Exception $e){
            die(
    "You have specified an invalid steam profile.");
        }

    $friendid $profile->steamID64;

    $tmpfriendID $friendid;

    $iServer "1";
        if(
    bcmod($friendid"2") == "0"){

    $iServer "0";
        }

    $tmpfriendID bcsub($tmpfriendID,$iServer);
        if(
    bccomp("76561197960265728",$tmpfriendID) == -1)

    $tmpfriendID bcsub($tmpfriendID,"76561197960265728");

    $tmpfriendID bcdiv($tmpfriendID"2");
        return (
    "STEAM_0:" $iServer ":" $tmpfriendID);
    }
    It basically is a function that gets a players STEAMID from their Steam Community page

    Intresting, a Friend to Steam id form.
    Yea, I knew that it prints the phrase. Probably later on it will be harder.

    Java coding may be easy for you guys... But I'm utterly confused! LOL I took one look at that STEAMID code and my mind just blanked out. :eek: it just sunk in... I am hanging out in a forum where every one is a million times brainier (or just geekier :p) than me! :eek: *Hides*

    1337Espeon, is that the sort of coding you do for your work?!?

    It's the sort of coding I put into the website and all the little bits that tie everything together, like the admin list, and bans system.
    I also code websites for people on the side.

    Sounds like hard work!! But I suppose that because I don't understand it... for you, maybe a lot easier.

    I never thought the day would come when I find myself feeling cramped on a double bed.
    I use a single person duvet but my cat has taken over the bottom half of the duvet so I have to curl up into a ball if I want to stay warm for the night... greedy kitty! He won't budge for me...

    Jesus Christ I know I am going to eventually learn how to do that.......but fuck it looks hard. goddamn school better be worth it:mad: I'm mad cuz I just spent three hours on my effing english midterm and got a D on it. I might fail that class at this rate. Damnit the questions are multiple choice but so damn vague. It like "is it A or is it B" and I am all like "fuck, technically it's both, guess ill go with b" and then it's all like "HaHA! fuck you! its a, we tricked you stupidass!" :mad: fuck it, I'm hitting the bong, I don't care.
