    Reason: Changing the map without an rtv and 100% vote

    I don't have a 2nd picture since it happened to fast but logs around 10:20 PM EST should show that lonley changed the map without a 100% vote or an rtv since no one voted on a map and he changed it to the map he wanted. If people wanted to rtv the would have already done it before the vote
