    A voice changer bought admin and some abuse is all the proof I need.

    Specter's voice is so sultry low that it may just not be real, the perfectionism of his voice
    Could only possibly be created by that of a voice changer.
    On another note, his admin powers are constantly used with knife fights, respawns of himself...
    Target slaying others multiple times, some could call it admin abuse.
    Towards all this evidence point that maybe Specter isn't who he says he is, maybe he is Scott?
