Even though there's no such thing here in Croatia, I'm still going to wish all of you 'murrican folk a happy thanksgiving. If I was still in Canada I'd be nomming on some turkey but I'll have to live with what I've got here instead.

That said, I'll kick this off with just saying a few thanks to things/people.
Oh also, here's one from a friendly person I know. Figured I'd steal it as it's quite funny.

    I could do the standard 'my loved ones, my friends and my life' sort of thing, but let's take a moment to be grateful for things we overlook and take for granted;

    velcro
    sunglasses
    cars with heat
bright sunny days with no clouds in the sky, yet are still chilly and crisp
    tomato soup and grilled cheese
    salt
when the cashier is happy that you take five seconds to smile and talk to them.
when people say excuse me and mean it
    vibrators
moments where you feel completely alive
    big fluffy blankets
    big fluffy animals
    big fluff
when it's raining but you don't have to go anywhere
when a friend asks you to hang out with them because they like you that much
    old library book smell
    good storytelling
    warm feet
the cold side of the pillow
    crunchy leaves
    rain in the summer
accomplishing something no one expected you to be capable of
doing good deeds that no one will know about, and being okay with that
    holiday breaks
long talks with your best friend when you should be sleeping

    as for me, particularly, here's what I'm grateful for;

My dad is moving back home.
I have a loving and caring papafoff who looks out for me and mindlinks with me in peculiar ways.
The fact that I'm hanging out with an awesome lass who is too cool4school~ please don't notice how scared I am of effing things up XD
I have a roof and food and a warm bed, as do all my animals.
I'm not living with my parents.
My right hand. without it, I'd be so lost.
Same for my hearing and vision.
That, despite the bumps of this year, I've made it though when I didn't think I could.
that I've learned how to ride again and am getting better!
that I am alive. there were times this year I wished I weren't.
that I had the implant taken out when I did.
that me and my brother are talking again and hanging out.
My watchers, who have supported me through a lot.

Goodnight everyone. -u- Have a happy thanksgiving, and say your thanks for what we often overlook~

Good toilet paper is always nice. Hate having toilet paper that feels like sand-paper...
