Gmod 9 sound problem

Recently I have had a problem with Gmod 9's sounds, all the sweps have no noise when you shoot, there are no footsteps, nor when you switch weapons it doesn't make that wierd noise.

-I have been skinning Gmod 9's sweps with CSS skins, since I do not really know how to hex weapons.

So is there a way to fix this or do I have to install Gmod 9 again

PS. For some reason when I look into my CSS folder, I cannot see weapon sounds, only addon sounds, but the sounds work in css.

On another note everything else works the way it should, it is just this noise problem.

 

I do not know what to tell you to do about the sound problem, if I were you I'd try reinstalling Garry's Mod 9. Also you cannot see the original weapon sounds from CSS in the actual folder, you need to use GCFScape to find the real sound.

I guess, I'm just gonna hate having to reinstall all the addons....

I didn't have to reinstall everything, I just kinda went to the installer and it fixed the problems. But now how do I make the css weapons unskinned, they are skinned, and your tutorial was helpful, but how do I unskin the css weapons.
