Now for those un-informed souls, A new system has been in the works and was put in earlier yesterday. Bans are linked between servers now, as well as something for the every day forum and gmod players. ulx_linksteam <Forum Acct. Name> <Password> please use this command on the server at least once. That about sums it up if you have admin, there is a lot more info there.
