Something just doesn't add up with your story, the IP banned and the IP you used to post are from the same ISP, and you have the same name as when the account was banned, names in gmod9 have to be put in a config... Your IP address matches the ISP of the ban, so you it doesnt seem likely for you to have "bought it" on eBay this year.. If you are really telling the truth on this I'll unban you, and if you are lying, I'd unban you only if you confess to it. But if I unban you and find out you lied you will be permanently banned with no chance of being unbanned.
Ok, you are right. What i have told you is a lie. But would you please so kind to tell me which ip you mean? (The Internet ip?) Edit: I have also another Question: Is there a chance to get unbanned? I think every person should get a second chance.
Every PC on the internet has it's very own ip-address - if you are sharing your internet connection (e.g. with your parents) it was probably the ip of your router, your computer is then assigned a local ip-address which will only work inside the network behind your router (to be able to share files between your and your parents pc's for example). Almost every server keeps log files, writing down the ip-address for each connection made with them for legal- and security reasons, go figure.

I will unban you this time only since you have told me what I wanted to hear, just make sure to follow server rules and everything will be ok. Next ban will be permanent without a chance of being unbanned.
I am terribly sorry for breaking the Server rules. I assure you, that I will follow the Rules from now on.
