Spawn Trapping and PKing.

    A Mingebag by the name of Billy (STEAM_0:0:1146500) has been planting big piles of trash dumpsters on and around the spawn point on the gmod9 server as well as firing RPGs into it when someone joins.
    If anyone's around at this time (12:22pm cst), can ya drop by and advise him to stop? If all else fails, a ban may be needed.

    I just banned the steamid anyway, usually people that do that are minges.
