    put the folder "Hover Mod" into C:\Programs\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\gmod9\mods

    It has this information under the download link so im pretty sure its a gmod9 mod but i wasent sure either when i first clicked on the link anyway i tested it and it works fine maybe espeon should add this on the server. If he has time to add it.
