    So summer sale is about to end.. what did you guys get?

    So far I've bought:
    Garrys Mod
    Portal
    Portal 2
    Left 4 Dead 2
    PAYDAY: The Heist
    Need for Speed: Undercover
    Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit
    Just Cause 2
    Arma 2
    Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead
    Saints Row 3

    How about you guys?

    I doubt it's gonna go any cheaper than it already is.

    As for what I bought, I didn't buy anything for myself actually but a friend gave me Metro 2033.

    Only game I bought in the summer sale was Skyrim when it went down to 50-75% off.

    Yet again even on a sale, steam managed to screw me over..
    I bought GTA IV Complete pack to a friend for 17,49€.
    Two days later the GTA "COMPLETE" pack goes for 7,49€ so I got that.
    Then I bought Metro 2033 for a friend for 2,49€.
    And finally bought Far Cry 2 for 2,49€ to store in my inventory.
    I really hope I have better luck in the next sale which probably will be during winter.

    4K on a pc that will be out-dated in less than 3 months.

    As for what I bought, Serious Sam 3 - BFE.
    Didn't buy anything else as everything I care about I already own.

    I also got Battlefield 3 on Origin. (Like 30 % off I think ?) But that doesn't really count, does it ?

    I just bought Saints Row 3 in the last flash sale... going to buy either GTA complete pack or Fallout depending which wins the vote for last deal.

    4k? Jesus Christ, I spent 2k on a shitty prebuilt a couple years ago and it still serves me well and I can run most modern games on high or normal.

    Can't you just list the specs you got? Or did they tell you "Hey, buy this kickass PC for 4 grand that we won't tell you the specs of!"

    sNAFU, dunno about you but 3900-4000$ seems like the biggest rip-off to date for Dual 1GB GPUs, 4GB Ram and Windows XP.

    Windows XP probably wouldn't really be able to take advantage of the hardware to it's fullest - i mean drivers are still developed for windows xp of course - it's just that windows xp is now what, 10 years old?

    Please post a dxdiag/speccy/whatever, lol
