I was autobanned for trying to use a bhop hack, this happened almost instantly after I loaded it. I never hacked before on the server and don't plan to, I just wanted a bhop script since everyone else has one. I play on the server almost every day and I have not caused any problems. I submitted a unban request a few days ago, I will post my steam id if needed. Thanks for looking!
So, you admit that this was a hack. You were banned for having sv_cheats set to 1, which allows a ton things to be overridden that shouldn't be. I will ask some of the other admins what they think before coming to a conclusion. The question I have is why did you load the hack into your game when you knew it was against server rules (a hack is a hack.)
I thought since the server was unsecured we were allowed to use a bhop hack/script, I never used one before, and I only tried to use one I downloaded off of youtube then I got banned instantly. I didn't know it was not allowed, If unbanned I wont attempt to use any type of exploits or scripts, I really enjoyed the server up to that point, and have played on it for 2+ months now.
I have talked it over with a few admins, you'll get one more chance. Don't blow it by doing something stupid. I have unbanned your ban.
Oh man I hate to tell people since it makes me looking like the bad guy but, why not practice on a bhop server? If you're going to blame sucky bhopping due to the fact that the server is 66tick then, NO. To practice instead of downloading scripts and having the feeling "Man I sure hope I don't get banned for this shit!", is it that hard dude?
